EG Store Membership Programme

Terms and Conditions

  1. Participation
    1. All members of the programme must be aged 18 years or over.
    2. To join the programme, you must have a valid mobile number. It is your responsibility to keep EG Store updated if your mobile number or other contact information changes. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of Reward Credits incurred as a result of out-of-date details.
    3. Each Member is only entitled to one programme account. EG Store reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.
    4. Your membership is for personal use only and we may in our sole discretion refuse any applications or terminate a membership and/or cancel or reduce points at any time if we consider your transactions to be excessive and/or are for commercial or non-domestic purposes or subject to onward sale or delivery.
    5. EG Store Membership programme, account, Reward Credits, in whatever form, are issued by and remain the property of EG Store.
    6. EG Store Membership programme, account, Reward Credits are only valid for use when shopping online at EG Store Hong Kong official webstore.
  1. Usage
    1. You may collect and redeem your Reward Credits when shopping at EG Store.
    2. Reward Credits have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.
    3. You must login your account when you want to collect points or redeem your Reward Credits. We need to ensure that the account is not used fraudulently or otherwise in breach of the terms and conditions, and to ensure the identity of the individual using the account.
    4. Programme account and Reward Credits cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded.
    5. You can check your information and Reward Credits on your digital membership account on EG Store. In case of any inconsistency between the membership Reward Credits reflected in your membership account and EG Store internal records, the latter shall prevail.
  1. Points and Rewards
    1. Reward Credits earned and/or redeemed will be updated on your EG Store membership account within 2 days of your transaction. In case of any inconsistency between the Reward Credits reflected in your digital membership account and our internal records, the latter shall prevail.
    2. Unless otherwise indicated, Reward Credits are earned on all purchases except delivery charges and carrier bags (if applicable).
    3. All new members will join as general members. General membership will be automatically upgraded to Premier membership when HK$3000 spend is accumulated during the General membership year. Premier membership is valid for one year from the date of upgrade. Premier membership is automatically renewed for one year when a minimum net spend of HK$1000 is accumulated during the Premier membership year, otherwise will be downgraded to General.
    4. All Reward Credits are valid for 12 months. General and Premier members must redeem their points within valid period. All expired points will be eliminated by system without prior notification and will not be returned thereafter. In case of any inconsistency between the membership points reflected in your membership account and EG Store internal records, the latter shall prevail.
    5. Reward Credits will be removed from your balance for any transactions with returned or refunded products.
    6. Reward Credits can be used towards 20% payment of orders. (Only valid for order amount  HK$100 or above)
    7. Reward Credits, including but not limited to Premier membership 15% off shopping previleges, cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, discounts or any third-party promotions unless otherwise stated.
  1. Termination and Expiry
    1. EG Store reserves the right to terminate your participation in the programme: (a) if you do not make purchase over HK$1000 during Premier membership year; (b) if EG Store believes that the use of your account is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful; (c) for any behaviour relating to the programme or EG Store that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information; or (d) for any breach of these terms and conditions.
    2. You can end your participation in the programme at any time by sending an email to Customer Services on sales@egihk.com.
    3. Upon termination or expiry of your account, all Reward Credits already accrued or issued will be cancelled.
  1. Modification and Termination
    1. The programme terms and conditions, member benefits, FAQs, or any other descriptions of the programme are subject to change at any time.
    2. EG Store further reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the programme at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes, modifications, or termination of any part of the programme or its terms will be effective immediately upon publication of those changes on EG Store website.
    3. Your continued participation in the programme will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these terms and conditions and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the programme. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop participating in the programme.
  1. Personal Information and Marketing
    1. We will use your personal information to manage your membership of the programme, for sales and marketing analysis and to personalize your marketing experience (where appropriate).     2. If you have opted-in to receiving marketing from us, we will contact you from time to time to send you marketing communications and keep you up-to-date with our products, promotions and special offers and with general information concerning EG Store. You may unsubscribe from receiving such marketing communications at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe“ link found on any marketing emails from us, logging into your digital membership account or by contacting Customer Services with your request.
    3. If you have not opted-in to receive marketing from us, we will only contact you with service information in relation to your account.
  1. General

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
